At PlatoRD, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect. We strive to be fair, transparent, and responsive to your needs.

2. Subscription Terms

PlatoRD offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Payments are processed through PayPal, or other approved payment methods.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

3. Free Trial Period

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid being billed. If not canceled, your paid subscription will begin automatically.

Important: No refund is necessary for free trials since you are not charged during this period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

4.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, or charged in error, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.

4.2 Service Failure

If PlatoRD experiences a significant outage preventing access for more than 48 hours, you may qualify for a prorated refund or account credit.

4.3 Billing Issues

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Voluntary Cancellations: You retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but no refund is issued for unused time.
  • Partial Use: If you have used the service during the billing period, it is considered utilized.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply because you decided not to continue using PlatoRD.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable except in case of service failure or billing error.
  • Account Violations: If terminated due to violations, no refund will be issued.
Note: We encourage all users to try our free trial before committing to a paid plan.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your account email, transaction ID, date of charge, and reason for refund.

Wait for review

We’ll review your request within 3–5 business days and reply with a decision.

Receive your refund

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • We initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  • Banks or providers may take 5–10 more business days for completion.

If you do not see your refund within this timeframe, contact your provider or us.

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Here’s what happens:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain full access until that date.
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after cancellation.

You can reactivate your account anytime by subscribing again.
