2.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.1 Plans: PlatoRD offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

3.2 Payment: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method (via PayPal, or other approved processors) on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

3.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3.4 Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

3.5 Refunds: Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial use or voluntary cancellations after billing.

5.1 Our Rights: PlatoRD, its logo, design, software, and related materials are owned by PlatoRD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of the menu items, images, descriptions, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By using PlatoRD, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to display, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.

5.3 Responsibility: You represent that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

6.1 Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect access.

6.2 Support: We provide customer support via email at support@platord.com. Response times vary based on your subscription plan.

6.3 Updates: We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. We will notify users of significant changes.

7.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment.

7.3 Effect: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and Your Content may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

8.1 No Warranties: PlatoRD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlatoRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
